Membership & Loyalty
A loyalty program that runs itself
Set tiers, points and rewards once. EasyStore upgrades, reminds and rewards members on its own, and shows every member where they stand.
Get Started Contact UsMembership Tiers
Members move up on their own
Set the spend needed for each tier, how long it lasts and what it takes to renew. A member upgrades at the next paid order that reaches the threshold, and renews or moves down one tier when the period ends. Spending resets under the policy you choose, and AI can propose the whole ladder if you are unsure where to start.
Membership Page
Customers see what each level unlocks
Your store gets a membership page that compares every tier: the spend to reach it, how long it lasts, the points it earns and the birthday reward. Sign-up rewards show before a customer joins, and joining takes a phone number or email.
Point Settings
Reward every paid order, within limits you set
Members earn points on every paid order at their tier's rate, plus points for joining and on their birthday, and spend them as money off at checkout. You set the minimum spend, the most an order can pay with points, the waiting period before points unlock and when they expire. Points can also buy vouchers from your rewards catalog.
Automatic Rewards
Birthdays, expiring points and tier changes handle themselves
Switch on the events once. Members get birthday points and a voucher on the first day of their birthday month, a reminder before points expire, and a notice when their tier changes or renews. Every event has its own message you can edit.
Shopping App
Every member sees where they stand
In the Shopping App and their account, members see their tier, how much more to spend for the next one, their points, credit and vouchers, and a member code staff can look up at the counter; the app can carry a stamp card too. The same balance counts every order from your online store, app and chat channels, and marketplace orders do not earn points.
Store Credit
Refunds and cashback that come back as sales
Give credit instead of cash: cashback on qualifying orders, refunds to credit, or a manual top-up from a customer's profile. Customers spend it at checkout within the minimum spend and per-order limit you set, and the Credit Center shows what is out there and where it went.
