About the role
As a Merchant Success Advisor Intern, your main focus will be:
1. Supporting & Problem Solving
- Assist merchants via live chat, email, and calls, ensuring they get timely support.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues and help merchants find solutions.
- Go beyond just answering questionsâproactively offer guidance to help merchants succeed.
2. Merchant Retention & Engagement
- Meet real business owners, conduct interviews, and gain first-hand insights into the retail industry.
- Help merchants maximize EasyStoreâs features by educating and advising them.
- Gather merchant feedback and share valuable insights with the team to improve our platform.
3. Data & Insights
- Track merchant interactions and identify patterns and common challenges.
- Analyze merchant needs and suggest ways to enhance their commerce journey.
- Work with the team to brainstorm strategies for better merchant engagement.

- Strong communication skillsâyouâre confident in talking to people and explaining solutions.
- A problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and assist merchants.
- A proactive attitudeâyou donât wait for instructions, you take initiative.
- The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Interest in Ecommerce, SaaS, or digital solutions (bonus if you have experience using them!).
